Been all over the place searching for what works for me, so far it’s been the Samson meetings and the one weekly SA meeting I can get to.
Not perfect, but a hell of a lot better off than I was 6 months ago.
My thoughts are the more I read, listen to podcasts and work with the available programs is the only way to beat the effects of this addiction.
I will never be “cured” but will learn to live with and have a better life.
Great book! Also has a workbook that goes along with it.
Reading that book, and a bunch of others to understand and help with this addiction.
For me, the more I can read and understand the better.
