I am really enjoying this book and getting a lot out of it. I have been doing the workbook that goes with it. I am also reading “The Brain’s way of Healing by Norman Doidge. It was a recommendation from both Patrick Karns and Mark Laazer. It’s very enlighting. One of the interesting things I find in both these books is how the scriptures now pop out at me regarding “Thoughts,” “Heart” “Healing” etc. It just goes to prove how wonderful God truly is and knowing our creation is miraculous within itself.

My addiction started so young and now my brain is wired to accept triggers I don’t want. I managed to beat a drug addiction and alcohol addiction and have remained sober for 16 years but sexual addiction had been a real battle for me. I’m like you the more knowledge I have the better understanding. Did you use the workbook? I just ordered it online.

Thanks, Peter I have been listening to The men of Valor podcast and heard about the book. It came highly recommended. I am also reading “The Brains way of Healing” by Dr. Norman Doidge I never really gave it much thought about how the brain is wired and how we can change it.
